By Design wants you to be fully satisfied with your Moissanite
Jewelry purchase and wishes your complete satisfaction. However,
if you are not satisfied with your purchase
we will give you a refund of the purchased item minus a re-stocking / processing fee

us within 7 days of receiving the item
you have purchased via email with your intentions of returning
the item and,
B: Your
item is returned within 30 days of the date of your purchase.

authorization code is required for all returns.

Returned items that have signs of any wear, resizing,

By Design will not be responsible for items damaged due
to shipping. We suggest that all items returned to Amants
By Design be insured when shipped. "We do not insure jewelry." We will not replace any lost stones due to wear. Please inspect your Jewelry upon receipt to insure all stones are set properly. We suggest purchasing insurance on all valuable jewelry.

G. Any free gifts received by our customers are only free with the purchase of un-returned items and any returned items must be accompanied with the free gift. If the free gift is not returned a cost of $59.95 will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

must be shipped in the original packaging, addressed in the below mentioned format along with
proof of purchase & certificate of authenticity (A $79.00 fee will be charged on any return that does not contain the original Certificate of Authenticity) and any other material received to:
